Service terms

FlockIQ access is provided through authenticated accounts and owner-scoped records. Final commercial terms, operator identity, billing conditions, and hardware terms require release approval.

Telemetry, alerts, and assistant output are informational. They are not veterinary advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for independent environmental controls and qualified professional judgment.

Operators remain responsible for animal welfare, regulatory compliance, equipment checks, and safe fallback procedures.

Keep account credentials secure and use the service only for authorized operations. Do not attempt to access another owner’s data, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

The product displays records available from connected services and can be affected by device, network, provider, or configuration failures. The current interface makes no unverified uptime or edge-failover guarantee.

Published plan names and prices are shown from the canonical product catalog. Entitlements, refunds, warranties, SLAs, and purchase terms must be established in the final customer agreement.
